Before any Contractor begins work on a project, they are required to attend a safety orientation meeting held by our safety officer and on-site management team. We use this opportunity to review the requirements of the mandatory safety program and outline what is expected of every Subcontractor on the project.

Contract Manager Opportunity (Construction division)

Responsibilities include: Candidate must be capable of delivery of contracts within a strict budget and timescale parameters. Effective planning and co-ordination of sub-contractors; ensuring all contract variations are properly documented and agreed with clients; Managing relationships with local authorities, statutory bodies, architects and engineers throughout the project. Ensuring all compliance with quality, health and safety requirements.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a significant track record of achievement  in the management of building projects. Candidates must have previous experience of at least 5 years with a degree in relevant field. Strong motivation, leadership qualities, good work ethic and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential qualities
