Preston Park is made up of both Dormer and Two Storey houses. The development comprises of only 32 units, providing a private and exclusive atmosphere with space and tranquilty. P. Fallon wanted to create a high quality development, using the advices of highly qualified team of architects and engineers to design & build the development to a very high standard.

Description:

This project consisted of carrying out the main civil infrastructure for 900 housing development over a phased period. This included all the drainage pipework from 225 to 900 diameters, this was laid in trenches up to 6m deep. Extensive rock excavation was involved to dig for trenches. A reduced level dig was carried out for all roads within the development and these were generally finished with 200mm of blacktop on a 450 to 600 stone sub base. Extruded kerbing on stone retainers were laid at all road edges.

Project consisted of main infrastructure works for 350 dwellings. 2,500M of pipes were laid ranging in size from 1,500 diameter to 225 diameter, together with bulk excavation of 50,000M3 and black topping all internal roads. Innovative construction techniques were used on this project in the form of lime stabilization of existing ground in lieu of capping layer for roads make up.
