Conversion of 10,000sq ft Opel Garage to a medical centre with 22 beds for kidney dialysis. This included admin office , toilets, kichens, consultation rooms, a plant room and outdoor electrical generator for back up power supply. For this the building was taken back to its original shell and core structure. Fit out works involved demolition of existing partition layout and erecting a new fire rated/sound proof partition system.

Hygiene approved suspended ceilings tiles and grid with vinyl safety flooring was used throughout the building. All internal doors were required to be fire rated with powder coated metal frames and finished in acrovyn postformed sheeting. New double glazed windows and curtain walling screen were inserted within existing architectural cladding system. A full mechanical and electrical installation was carried out including provision of air conditioning system.
